I cant stop the counter i tried every d and i just get crushed on it

Run through the gap vacated by the pulling guard with your user player.

spread line
spread backers
bring the middle deep blue to the box and spy n user

Now dont do this when there in3 wide. only when in 2 wide sets. If you gues wrong hel prolly get sacked the pressure will come fast. If not usally stops the run.

3-4 Solid Gap press. Spread LB's Spread Line. Try crahing to the side you think the counter is going to. User FS and try and stuff the RB. If you stick skills aren't great while your using the FS hold X ( on PS3) when your close to the RB and let the Computer clean it up, Just so you don't get faked out because stopping a Good players RB in the open can be tricky.
