Against a draw any of the zone blitz I have there should work as long as you recognize it is a draw and get a zone guy there also. If you want a play that will definitely beat it then Sting Pinch Zone form 3-4 Over should stop any draw but it is risky. Will Zorro 3 could also work nicely if they run it to the left side.

You stop the run with good user skill by recognizing it's a run and getting there as fast as possible with your controlled player

Not everyone has the user skill to do that. For them they want to know what plays give you the best shot at blowing up a run and well while they are really obvious to me, MLB Storm, Sting Pinch, etc. A lot of people don't know what works. In the end a good user MLB/Safety is the best run D but it helps to have a few plays that shut down the run regardless of how good you are with the sticks.

Since I run a 2-4-5 more than a 3-4 I have never really thought of an audible setup but if I had to I'd have MLB Storm Blitz, Sam Mike 3 Seam, Cover 6, Cover 2 Sink, and 3-4 Over Cover 2.

Wouldnt 3-4 over cover 2 be a waste of an audible? Being that you could pick a different play in 3-4 over and have cover 2 as a quick audible? I dont run the 3-4 so I could be wrong...

You could do that but the audibles are mostly for stopping a no huddle offense or if you simply don't like your call. If you are running my scheme its mostly out of the 3-4 Odd (well if you running my true scheme its mostly out of nickel 2-4-5) which means using the cover 2 quick audible give yous the standard cover 2 that sends 4 and and doesn't have the same coverage as the 3-4 Over Cover 2. Seeing as I only have the 2 sting pinch zones and the cover 2 as plays that I would run from the 3-4 Over it is much more likely that I'll be in the 3-4 Odd most of the time.

Also the audibles I set up are for a zone blitzing scheme. If someone wanted to play more man you would just switch the Cover 6 and perhaps the Cover 2 Sink with Cover 1 Robber, and DBL X Bracket while using the Sam Mike Blast instead of the Sam Mike 3 Seam. No reason to put a cover 0 blitz in though since the quick audible for blitz is Pinch Cover 0 which can easily be converted to bring 2 guys off the edge if you want.
