Run Defense
Does anyone have a really good run stop play out of 3-4 defense or really anything besides the one in the Ebook because the one thats in the Ebook never seems to work for me it does good against the run because good pressure but people seem to reel off big runs against it any help would be greatly appreciated.

Even tho people dont really run too much so I dont give up that much yards I want to be able to stop it and i've tryed a lot of things this year to find 1 good play that stops all types of runs

If your talking about the ebook here. Then. Yeah, it works you just need to make minor adjustments: ex: user control come players...
Trust me that 3-4 solid works very well even that nicke blitz

Yeah I have been using both. The 3-4 Solid Gap Press works for inside runs and counters but the toss I get killed. I have been switching it to the 46 normal inside and outside blitz with the adjustments stated above with good results.
