is it mostly nanos or good coverage plays as well?

The beauty of the ebook is that it is mostly both. Most of the plays have at least 6 guys in coverage with 1 guy getting untouched. pressure on the quarterback

Do the plays in there take alot of time to setup or is it mixed?

It varies. The average is about 2-3 steps, but there are some as few as 1 and some as many as 5 steps. Originally Posted by oXidiZe
