All-Pro and 8 minute quarters( I like rvallies point, plus the longer the game the more likely the most skilled player wins, 10 is too long but if everyone else rather do 6 let me know) All-Pro is set in stone so its like normal ranked games
So here are the rules were going to vote on followed by my votes
No huddle? Sure
Shake Blitz? No
Onside kick? Yes but any glitch will be an automatic repercussions that the league will choose.
The sneak onside kick? I guess so, i mean you can only use it once a game i think, personally i dont like it but its not a glitch so ya.
28 point mercy rule? After 28 point lead offer your opponent mercy, its up to them to accept.
Quitting in the middle of the games+ not showing up? I realize sometimes its beyond your control, so twice a season after that we may be looking for a new owner.
Free agents compensation picks It seems that 1 FA compensation pick per team. Now to vote should it be based on when the person picked, OR based on the power ranking of your team. Say for example someone early picks the seahawks or something like that and the packers fall lower, should the lower rated team get the first choice or reverse pick order? My vote is the lower team personally, itll never be hard to find someone to play a good team, but if it encourages people to choose lesser used teams in order to fill out the league
free agents afterward Can get whoever you want, if there is a bid I hear there is trouble with that online franchise. If thats the case we will either have a message board for the bidding or we can do it with email through myself, but i know yall can be some untrusting bastards so we'll try and make it as transparent as possible. However do not sign ANY free agents without a go ahead
Trades with players You can make any trade a person will accept, but there will be trade veto if 50% of people veto so there is no collusion.
Trades with cpu I am a little worried about this, because can you recruit more people if their team has been gutted. Perhaps we will but 50 percent of people will have to vote that the trade is fair, with ultimate veto power in my hands (I will NEVER use this unless it is so unbalanced and we dont get in everyones vote) this is to make sure the teams that arent taken if they are being traded with it must benefit both teams, like you cant trade for stephen jackson they better get a playmaker back, or address multiple whole in the team. Basically, if you trade with the cpu it cannot be abusive.
trade deadline I'm inclined to say trades should be eligible until the last game of the regular season is played, so no trading during playoffs.

It looks like the drawing wasnt popular so I guess we will do first come first serve unless 65% want drawings. Even though id get first in first come first serve id vote for a drawing, we can do it live on skype or some sort of roll program, but i guess its easier to just do first come first serve.

Now the main vote needs to be for Should the free agent compensation pick be based either reverse order on what team is picked, OR power rankings based on current overall ratings (i.e so the packers will get the last choice regardless of when they picked.Also how many days should we give people to complete a week, im thinking 3? I can do 1 a day but id rather not, everyother day would be my first choice but i think 3 is a good compromise, I know some of us are still in college, so even if you get hit with some exams that week you should be able to fit in a game once in 3 days

SO thats 18 ( know i hit 2 twice but im too lazy to go switch them all. Please put your input to the rules as fast as possible. I know shadow jones may also have to leave so still recruit, fuck the drawings no one will believe it anyway I can just hear it now, people will think they have been cheated somehow.

SO remember the biggest vote is about free agent order, is it based of power rankings or pick order, because that may effect some peoples choices. I will try and have all the teams and this shit voted on today, ill email all the guys who arent on the forums to join up

Ill also encourage them to join the forum unless someone else has a better idea for a home base, i would really like to emulate how the 360 franchises are going with people really getting into it, maybe theyll make a section for us.Fuck those league manager sites.

one last thing: what should we do about salary cap: Im inclined to put none in the game and then give an artifical one, nothing too complicated like deductions for releasing players, but just find a system, figure out what the cap is in real life, lets say for example sake 150 million. So your cap will be 150 points, each point represents a million, this may be easier to run than having to worry about all that bullshit from those sites you have to bid on free agents on

After the compensation we'll have 1 day for bidding on any other free agents, should it be open bids or closed with whoever sent in the highest amount gets it or like an actual auction, after which sign them at will **remember dont put anyone on your team until approved by myself as far as free agents** dont want people signing them all up while other people are bidding, I will email you all my cell, do not disrespect my phone. Because I work at one major carrier and my best friend another, so if you fuck with us and we see you carry with us, i can make your cell phone life a living hell. But like i said im easygoing its only if you do some dumbshit. NO CALLS just text, if you need to call text first and ill call you back.

In terms of the free agents i think it should go off team rankings obviously.... Not order in when u pick.... That way u kinda reward a user for playing with a "lesser" team....

And in terms of time I personally think 7 is fine.... but 8 isn't a bad 2nd option

Totally agree..... I'm one to pick one of the lesser teams and try to "build them up" I find it more competitive that way.... I may pick Seahawks/Chiefs/Skins etc....I know I'll definitely b on the market for a qb...

and the rest of the terms r good as well.... I dont have a problem with any of them

they wont even up for vote, they are def in, as long as your only play isnt streaks to try and face catch every play every down its cool haha

with that the majority has now chosen the FA goes to lower rank teams so its time to begin choosing teams

Anyone can start choosing who they want now, if you are a lower team id make a list unless your confident your picking someone who no one will take. With the list youll get the highest one on your list that falls to you

Well is there a limit to rocket catching? You have to make clear what's abusing a play and what's not. Its a "glitchy" play imo...someone who's good at doing it can be unstoppable. If you want anything goes that's fine but if there's limits than they should be stated. Same with face catching and fades honestly. If dudes are gonna have catch every other play than I don't really want any part of this league anyway.
