Fellas, I know it's late, but I'm trying to decide whether to switch playbooks late or just ride out the playbook I settled on. I stuck with and I think work pretty well out of the Pitt playbook. However, I'm feeling as though I might be in a rut with it. I was thinking of switching playbooks...but it's so late. A couple of pluses is, it's new...so if I have developed tendencies, it might help me break those. Also, should be beneficial in generating options for Madden 25. However, I really am comfortable with the Steelers playbook. Might be best to just go hit practice mode and just work on some things. That being said, the two playbooks I've thought about switching to are the Giants and the Colts. Is either...or both close to the Steelers book? Again, I'm a pass heavy player...but I have begun to run the ball more..to try and have some balance. Which playbook, of those two, would yall recommend me switch to (and I know the site has a Indy e-book...but if the Giants would be the better way to go, let me know). Or, should I just ride it out with Pitt?

you know how you can put the rb on one of the blue block and release routes on screens to set up better blocks well I do this from time to time usually from singleback ace "2wr 2 te balanced formation" and it randomly will have the route go to the opposite side of the blocks I don't know why it does this and is pretty annoying anyone else experience this?

I really like to run the ball in madden as much as possible and one of my favorite formations is singleback ace also called singleback big simply 2 wideouts on the edge and 2 te's very basic formation. Its in almost every playbook but I found one in particular that lets you get the best out of this formation I think, and that would be the Minnesota pb because it has the dive for a gap run inside zone run and a outside zone run but the best one is the hb draw is really hard to stop if you slide protect aggressive. the only prob I have with this form is that it doesn't have stretch instead its an outside zone and for the life of me I cant get the te to brake off the double team block and hit the 2nd level of the defense anyone have any ideas slide protections maybe?

I was perusing through these threads and found a mention of a touch pass. I've heard MrGoldenSports refer to the term a lot, but I always thought it was the same as a bullet pass. I've also seen a video where someone was comparing the differences between a lob/bullet/touch, where the touch pass was the most consistent of the 3. Throughout my 5 year madden life (I still suck :( )I've always either bullet passed or lobbed pass. I know that the touch pass is done when you hold the receiver's button just long enough to not be a lob, but not as long to become a bullet pass. I would like to know the appropriate time/routes/coverage to throw a touch pass rather than a bullet. Thanks :D
