The Buffalo Bills have selected RB C.J Spiller with the 7th pick of the 2010 NFL Draft. What????? The Bills’ draft simply left me confused, as they really needed some sort of a solid franchise QB, and a big guy in the middle for their new 3-4 defense. Not to mention they already had 2 capable backs in Marshawn Lynch and Fred Jackson, and yet ignoring all of the glaring needs they had, the Bills chose to pick the LEAST needed position? Spiller will absolutely be a problem in Madden 11, with his stupidly rated stats such as 97 speed 98 acceleration 90 something elusive and 85 carry, but will likely not really make a big impact in real life. Yes, he is very fast and very exciting to watch, but when there are 2 RBs ahead of you in the depth chart, you’re not gonna see the field much, especially in Buffalo. Trent Edwards? Captain Checkdown. Brian Brohm? Bum. Levi Brown? He was actually pretty good at Troy, and had a hell of a game versus the QB that the Bills should’ve chosen, Dan LeFevour. Poor Lee Evans, yet another season with absolutely no QB to take advantage of his speed and nimbleness. And that offensive line? What a disaster! Everything about the Bills screams an undefeated season…..backwards.
But wait! The Bills does have something to look up to, their supposedly strong pass defense! Jarius Byrd really came on last year when he got the opportunity to play, finishing with the league lead in interceptions. The Bills boasted the number one ranked pass defense last season, but that also came with the staggering 32nd run defense. That is probably why they switched to a 3-4, and one would think a main piece of the 3-4 is….a nose tackle! Instead of drafting the numerous viable NTs in the draft, the Bills chose to draft a random person known as Ben Troupe. Oh, I’m sorry, no, not that Titans guy. Troupe is a pathetic 64 overall according to Madden, and I couldn’t agree more! This is going to be a looooooooong season for Buffalo Bills fan….if there are still any.

You forget Moorman the only good player on the Bills and is the MVP of the League
